Freeing Palparan and even the mere suggestion to free him is a shameless affront to the families of victims, who, even to this day, are still looking for their disappeared kin. Killers and human rights violators like Pemberton and Gen. Jovito Palparan should be kept behind bars, no ifs and no buts, and it’s rather very clear and unsurprising that this murderous regime and its allies are rabidly interested in freeing murderers, criminals, plunderers, and human rights violators.
