Account of the Incident:

On January 5, 2011, at around 12:20 p.m., army soldiers and CAFGUs came to the house of Manuelito Loreno at Brgy. Binulusan Grande, Calinog, Iloilo. The soldiers went near the door of the low bamboo house while the CAFGUs stood at a short distance.

Account of the Incident: 

At around 6:30 pm of February 14, around 40 fully-armed elements of the PNP Region 3, 56th Infantry Battalion of the 7th Infantry Division of the Philippine Army, 7th Military Intelligence Group, 703rd Infantry Brigade, and Intelligence Security Group  arrived at Villa Aurea Subdivision in Barangay Subic, Baliuag, Bulacan and closed-in on NDFP peace consultant Allan Jazmines while inside one of the houses in the said subdivision.

At around 10:30 in the morning of 22 November 2010, the combined elements of the Regional PNP and 902nd Infantry Brigade of the Philippine Army (902nd IBPA) forcibly entered the office of KARAPATAN-Camarines Norte in F. Pimentel Ave.,Pasig, Brgy. II, Daet.  KARAPATAN-Camarines Norte shares this office with the Makabayan (Nationalist) Coalition and the Kilusang Magbubukid ng Pilipinas -Camarines Norte (KMP or the Philippine Peasant Movement-Camarines Norte). 

On 7 November 2010, between 7:00 – 8:00 in the morning, Ireneo M. Rodriguez (“Rene” to his friends) was riding his motorcycle on his way to the town of Balayan to visit his children who were staying with his in-laws.  As he was traversing the National Highway, two men on board a motorcycle overtook his motorcycle and shot him using a .45 caliber pistol.  The driver of the motorcycle was wearing a helmet, while the back-rider who shot the victim covered his face with a white handkerchief.

At around 5:00 PM of 27 October 2010, Vilma E. Tejada was awakened from her nap by a poke of the barrel of an Armalite rifle held by a uniformed soldier purportedly looking for some chickens to buy.  Three soldiers barged into her house while she was resting.  She told them that she was not selling chickens.  The soldier sat down and asked her what is the name of Benjamin Bayles' brother.  Fearing for the safety of Manuel, Vilma said she did not know.  She overheard the other soldiers saying that she was lying but the other one said that they could not force her.

Inlate August 2010, residents of Brgy. Mahaba were forced to evacuate from theircommunity when soldiers from the 36^th IBPA conducted a massivemilitary operation in the area that resulted to a spate of human rightsviolations against civilians after a clash with the New People's Army (NPA).(Refer to UA No: 2010-09-01)

At around 10:00 AM of 21 September 2010, BGen. Eduardo del Rosario and Datu Ruben Labawan (implicated in the killing of Julius Tamundez, refer to UA No: 2010-09-03) held a press conference at Apongcola, Anda Street, Davao City where the AFP General accused Kelly Delgado of masterminding a plot to liquidate the Eastern Mindano Command spokesperson, Lt. Col. Randolf Cabangbang, allegedly to avenge the abduction and death of Rebelyn Pitao, the daughter of Leoncio Pitao, a known New People's Army (NPA) commander.

On 27 April 2010, Wilfred, Cristituto and Romie went to Mangasa, Sitio Damitan to  gather “luway” a type of cane that look like rattan used as frames for growing beans.  Wilfred and Cristituto were both hired helps of Romie in his farm.  At around 2:00 PM, they took a break from their work to eat a late lunch when around 24 soldiers suddenly emerged from the thicket and ordered them, at gunpoint, to stay put. 

On 7 September 2010, at around 9:00 AM, neighbors Vicente, Richard and Melecio agreed to go hunting in the forested area at the boundary of Brgy. Mapuyo and Brgy. Mabuhay.  Melecio's son, Jonathan, tagged along with them.

After around 12:00 noon, they rested at the house of Eliseo and Rosie Albao.  Rosie and her children were the ones left at home because Eliseo worked as a hired help cutting grass in one of their neighbor's farm.  The four, tired from their hunting, fell asleep right away.  

At around 7:30 in the evening of 3 September 2010, Reynaldo Labrador was already resting after a day's driving of a passenger motorcycle.  His children were eating dinner while his wife Leonisa was doing laundry.

Leonisa saw two men standing about a meter away from where she was doing the laundry.  She recognized one of the men as Berto Repe, a CAFGU member.  The other man who was wearing a black jacket and a hat that covered the upper part of his face did not look familiar to her.
